Spy Penguins

In "Spy Penguins" by Sam Hay, two imaginative young penguins, Jackson and his gadget-savvy best friend Quigley, aspire to join the Frosty Bureau of Investigation. Despite being too young for official recruitment, their determination leads them to concoct a plan to prove their worth. When one of Quigley’s inventions goes awry, Jackson finds himself unexpectedly embroiled in an FBI stakeout at the local aquarium, where he must help uncover the mystery behind the disappearing rare fish.
