Stormy Weather

In the aftermath of a devastating hurricane in Dade County, Florida, most of the population has emerged unscathed, but the remaining ten percent are proving troublesome. A surge of petty criminals has flooded the area, taking advantage of the chaos for their gain. Honeymooners Max and Bonnie Lamb set out to document these events with their video camera, only to find themselves wishing they had chosen a more peaceful vacation destination.
