Pushkin and the Queen of Spades

Windsor Armstrong, a Harvard-educated African-American professor of Russian literature, navigates the complexities of her son's engagement to a stunning white Russian émigré who works as a lap dancer. Unimpressed by her son's fame as a pro-football player, Windsor embarks on a journey into her own past, seeking to uncover the truths that have shaped her life.
