The Shadow on the Blind

In 'The Shadow on the Blind,' a classic gothic ghost story by Louisa Baldwin, the Stackpoole family rents the abandoned Harbledon Hall, drawn by its potential for restoration despite unsettling rumors of hauntings. Mr. Stackpoole enthusiastically modernizes the house, disregarding the tales of spirits. However, during a masked ball, the family encounters inexplicable and chilling experiences that challenge their skepticism about the supernatural.
