Lee Donne, a college student with an eidetic memory, finds herself aimlessly directionless and relieved to house-sit her grandfather's remote Oregon home. However, her peaceful retreat turns into a nightmare when mysterious, unsettling noises plague her nights. As she investigates, Lee unwittingly becomes involved in a tragic incident leading her to uncover a chilling envelope of old photographs that hint at her family's potentially dark past.
