The Constant Soldier

In 1944, wounded German soldier Paul Brandt returns from the Eastern Front to find his village overshadowed by an SS rest hut, a retreat for officers and those managing nearby concentration camps. Amidst the turmoil, he discovers a surviving female prisoner, whose fate is intertwined with his own, prompting him to devise a plan to protect her. As the Russian forces advance and partisans close in, the risks intensify for Brandt and the prisoners, creating a gripping backdrop of danger and hope.
