A Holmes for the Czar

In the burgeoning city of Ufa, the chaotic backdrop of a new Russian capital teems with diverse characters, from criminals to aristocrats, as crime spirals out of control. With city guards ill-equipped to manage the surge in lawlessness, a murder plagues the community, prompting friends of the victim to enlist the help of Vasilii Lyapuno, an engineer with a penchant for murder mysteries. Alongside Miroslava, a perceptive bargirl, Vasilii sets out to unravel a web of crimes in hopes of finding the truth amidst the tumult.
