In "The Book Witch," Rainy March, a third-generation Book Witch, uses her magical abilities to defend fiction from threats, navigating the literary worlds with her enchanted umbrella and feline companion. However, her strict code forbids her from falling in love with characters, particularly the dashing Duke of Chicago from her favorite mystery series.
