Winter at the Light

In "Forbes Lighthouse," twenty-year-old Molly McLaren temporarily leaves her nursing career in the city to tend to a remote lighthouse off the coast of Australia after her father’s injury. Initially dreading her solitude, she begins to appreciate her isolation until a storm introduces an unconscious man, whom she names John, into her life. As she nurses him back to health, Molly grapples with her growing feelings and his mysterious past, only to find danger on the horizon when two men arrive, intent on silencing him and anyone who knows him. With threats closing in, Molly realizes there’s nowhere to hide on the isolated island.
