Cressida Frost faces a daunting challenge as her beloved bookstore is threatened by their landlord's plans to sell the property. To save it, she must win a four-million-dollar treasure hunt, but her agoraphobia makes traveling across states intimidating. Meanwhile, Noah Sukarno, intent on protecting his family, seeks to win the prize as well and volunteers to assist Cressida, leading them on a journey in a TARDIS-themed RV.
