After the death of her husband, Lexi has avoided the haunted Pinecrest Estate in the Florida Keys, rife with memories from her past and the filming of an iconic horror movie. When her daughter goes to visit her grandfather, legendary director Rick Plummer, a Category Four hurricane disrupts their lives, leaving Lexi to confront her past and navigate the chaos of a storm-battered island.
