In this thrilling installment, heroes Eddie and Samantha Hertz confront an unprecedented threat as the villain Mephisto hypnotizes tens of thousands of birds—eagles, hawks, and more—to execute his nefarious plans. With stolen antigravity belts that allow him to fly, Mephisto seeks to paralyze the city and steal millions while forcing Eddie to refine his technology.
