Round the Horne: Movie Spoofs

Round The Horne was a beloved radio series from the 1960s, known for its consistently hilarious content on the BBC Light Programme's Sunday comedy hour. Featuring a vibrant array of characters and clever scripts, this program paid homage to cinema with segments like "Around the World in Ten Minutes" and "Journey to Uranus," brought to life by talented performers Kenneth Horne, Kenneth Williams, Hugh Paddick, and Betty Marsden. The show's humor, while classic, reflects the sensibilities of its time and may not align with contemporary views.
