A Monster Among Us

As Boyd begins his phased return to the CID department, DS Samantha Okeke finds herself at the forefront of an urgent investigation. When she receives a call from a child psychiatrist regarding a troubled thirteen-year-old girl, Okeke must quickly determine if the threat is real or imagined. Unbeknownst to her, this case will lead her into a complex and dangerous scenario that brings the monster closer than she ever expected.
