When the teenage son of US Presidential Candidate Senator JE Blackman is found murdered in Manchester, the Senator faces a political crisis that could devastate his aspirations. To prevent the details from leaking, he calls upon the CIA to discreetly handle the situation. They enlist Rick Fuller, a skilled and morally ambiguous ex-SAS operative, tasked with finding the killers and eliminating them to protect Blackman’s interests.
