Isolationist

In this short science fiction work by Mack Reynolds, an advanced alien race arrives on Earth with a crucial warning against atomic fission experimentation. Their landing in a North Dakota cornfield brings them to the farm of an isolationist, who would be open to their message if only communication could be achieved.
