The Dangers of Dog Walking

After getting sent home for fighting with the bus bully, Billy finds himself with extra time for community service. Motivated by his grandmother's speech on bullies and mistreated animals, he volunteers at the local dog pound. However, Billy quickly discovers that managing the energetic dogs is more challenging than he anticipated.
