Derelict

In "A.I. War," Rosalen Maldonado's attempt to repair a derelict freighter takes an unexpected turn when she inadvertently activates the ship's damaged artificial intelligence and finds herself accompanied by stowaways Micah Rotherwood and brothers Jem and Barre Durbin. As they each grapple with their own reasons for escaping their pasts, the unlikely crew must learn to cooperate and build trust, or they risk becoming casualties of a war that ended long before they were born.
