The Winter Job

In 1982 Helsinki, recently divorced postal worker Ilmari Nieminen faces a race against time to fulfill his promise of a piano for his daughter by Christmas. With only six days left and no money, he takes on a job to deliver a valuable antique sofa to the remote town of Kilpisjärvi. However, a routine trip quickly spirals into chaos when he encounters unexpected complications involving old friends and persistent pursuers, leading him to discover that the sofa holds far more significance than he anticipated.
