Disturbance in the Wake

In "The Sea Holds Many Mysteries," ten-year-old Hiroki Tanaka faces disaster when a violent earthquake sweeps him off his father's fishing boat, plunging him into a tumultuous underwater world and ultimately transporting him back to a tumultuous era filled with samurai. Meanwhile, 21-year-old Amy Ohara embarks on a celebratory cruise, only to be betrayed and find herself fighting for survival after an explosion leaves her stranded in the same ancient past as Hiroki. With their lives intertwined, both must navigate the challenges of a world centuries away from their own.
