The South Channel lighthouse, a long-abandoned structure at the mouth of the Savannah River, holds secrets and local legends of a mysterious woman in white who watches over sailors. When a famous movie star purchases the property for a tranquil getaway on Tybee Island, her dreams are soon disrupted by restless spirits, becoming increasingly aggressive as construction on a luxurious mansion begins. Ellie and her team must uncover the lighthouse's dark history and confront its many ghosts to ensure the safety of the client and her staff.
