The Tales of the Steel Quarters

In Crestview, Florida, near an old steel mill, African American families share cautionary tales, including the story of two boys who defy their mother's warning to come home before dark. Their late-night play leads them to encounter the eerie Headless Man in the Woods, a figure who punishes disobedient children. After a frantic chase, the boys must confront their fears when their mother goes searching for them, ultimately learning a valuable lesson about listening to their parents.
