Crime for the Books

Lyla Moody and her book club, the Jane Does, host a Halloween party at Magnolia Manor inspired by Agatha Christie’s A Murder Is Announced, but the celebration turns sinister when a staged murder reveals a real victim. With suspicion falling on Elaine Morgan, the B&B operator, Lyla and her friends, including police officer Rosa Landry, set out to prove her innocence as they uncover ominous predictions of more murders. As the tension rises, they must trap the killer before one of their own becomes the next target, all while navigating a web of deception reminiscent of classic mysteries.
