The Pavilion in the Clouds

Set in 1938 during the twilight of the British Empire, "Pavilion in the Clouds" follows the Ferguson family living on a tea plantation in Ceylon. Eight-year-old Bella harbors suspicions about her governess, Miss White, triggering a series of dramatic events that culminate in a shocking confrontation.
