In "Afghanistan: A Physio's Journey," Ian Edwards, a physiotherapist, and his partner, Anne, embark on a mission to Russian-occupied Afghanistan in 1983, only to discover that he must establish the nation's first physiotherapy training program and school from scratch. After four arduous years, he returns to Australia in poor health, but 18 years later, he gets a chance to revisit Afghanistan and teach at the school he founded.
