Tina heads to Arizona to visit her parents and sign Sarge up for training, while Rick stays behind to work on their bugout property, still grappling with past trauma. When a plane crash occurs nearby, Tina joins a search effort, while Rick, accompanied by their skilled dogs Ophelia and Opus, seeks a missing scout pack in Michigan. As they tackle their respective missions, both face unexpected and perilous situations that test their resilience.
