In the futuristic setting of Satellite City, thirteen-year-old Cosmo Hill, an orphan, is sent to the Clarissa Frayne Institute for Parentally Challenged Boys after being unwanted by his parents. When Cosmo attempts to escape, he becomes entangled in a dangerous world of private police, illegal racing gangs, and corporate cover-ups, ultimately uncovering a shocking secret that challenges his understanding of truth and belief.
