In a grim future ruled by a totalitarian government, siblings Wisty and Whit Allgood find themselves imprisoned and separated from their parents without explanation. As the oppressive regime known as The New Order seeks to eliminate freedom and individuality, the teenagers uncover their extraordinary magical abilities.
