The Heckler

Detectives Carella and Meyer of the 87th Precinct are initially dismissive of prank calls threatening local shop owners, unaware they are targeted by a cunning criminal mastermind known as the Deaf Man. As these calls escalate and a brutal murder occurs, the detectives race against time to uncover the Deaf Man's identity and thwart his elaborate plan for the bank robbery of the decade. With tension rising and the community in fear, Carella and Meyer must work meticulously to piece together the clues before it's too late.
