Zombie Deserter

In a post-apocalyptic world, Major General William 'Willy Pete' Peters faces the challenge of controlling a new president who seeks to eliminate non-compliant survivors and stretch the military's resources even thinner. As Lieutenant Caleb White receives early release from duty in Arizona, he sets out to find his family in Texas. Along the way, he is joined by Lieutenant Gloria 'Grits' Alban, who is on the run from her commanding officer after deserting. Their special skills become essential to Major General Peters as they work to combat the alien infection threatening humanity.
