The Age of Treachery

In the winter of 1946, ex-Special Operations agent Duncan Forrester returns to Oxford as a junior ancient history fellow, seeking peace after years of conflict. However, his tranquility is abruptly disrupted when a fellow academic is found dead, leading to the arrest of a don suspected of the murder.
