Rescue at Boomerang Bend

Patrick McWaid is disheartened by the ongoing search for his missing father, feeling particularly low despite the excitement of a circus coming to town. However, when an accident sends circus animals tumbling into the river, Patrick's concern for safety intensifies. As his grandfather's paddle steamer sets out to tour the river with the Duke of Edinburgh, the treacherous conditions threaten to capsize the boat, leaving Patrick and his companions racing against time to find safety.
