Confessions of a Grammar Queen

In 1960s New York, ambitious copyeditor Bernadette Swift aims to become the first female CEO in the male-dominated publishing industry. With her sexist boss standing in her way, she joins a feminist book club at the New York Public Library, rallying her fellow members to confront workplace sexism and pursue their aspirations. As Bernadette navigates challenges from her boss and a rival coworker, she finds solidarity and support from her book club and a charismatic colleague, all while striving for equality and her coveted promotion.
