Retired FBI Special Agent Bruce McGowan, now a Counter-Terrorist Operative, returns to his rural West Virginia hometown to investigate the death of a young Middle Eastern man linked to a potential terrorist attack. Discovering evidence of a plot to detonate a large explosive at a local chemical factory, McGowan stays at Wolf Laurel Inn, where he also forms a connection with the proprietress, Adrianna Wolf. As he works to protect her and other guests, McGowan collaborates with local authorities to thwart a devastating terrorist plan. Will he be able to save the city from imminent danger?
