Set against the backdrop of the vibrant horror publishing boom of the ’80s, this engaging horror-comedy follows Lussi Meyer, a desperate job seeker who lands a position at Blackwood-Patterson with a challenging mission: to discover the next big horror talent. However, her excitement soon turns to dread as she becomes the target of cruel workplace pranks, culminating in a chilling Secret Santa gift exchange that brings with it a sinister curse.
