In 211 B.C., Hannibal Barca remains undefeated in his relentless campaign against the Roman Republic, but the Senate's resources are dwindling. After the defeat of their Legions in Iberia, a young and inexperienced Tribune, Cornelius Scipio, seizes the chance to prove himself by petitioning for command of a new Legion, despite the Senate’s reluctance to fund him. With the guidance of Centurion Jace Kasia, Cornelius must learn the ropes of logistics and rally support from allies to prevent Hasdrubal Barca from driving the Romans into the sea.
