Out of the Ashes

In the 1920s, Katherine and Jean-Michel, whose once-deep love was disrupted by uncontrollable events, find themselves reunited at the Curry Hotel in Alaska. As Jean-Michel grapples with haunting memories from the war, the story unfolds around themes of healing and the possibility of rekindling their past. Meanwhile, Katherine, a young widow seeking solace, unexpectedly crosses paths with him while fulfilling a promise to her grandmother, leading both characters to confront the changes time and tragedy have wrought upon them.
