The Splendor of Fear

In "Something Stirs in the Town of Newsom's Landing," Penny reluctantly joins her boyfriend Jared for a weekend camping trip at a remote Kentucky park steeped in a dark history. As they explore the remnants of a town that once hosted the last-known witch trial in the U.S., they encounter the lingering spirit of Ellie Pomeroy on the anniversary of her murder. Alone in the eerie park, they soon realize they are not truly solitary, as something menacing lurks in the woods, blurring the lines between reality and nightmare. Faced with the choice to confront a generations-old curse or succumb to it, Penny and Jared must navigate the terror that surrounds them.
