Doctor Who - The Stones of Venice

The Doctor and Charley take a break from their chaotic adventures and find themselves in Venice, just as the city is on the brink of sinking beneath the waves. Their visit quickly turns eventful as they encounter a lovesick aristocrat, a proud art historian, and a high priest from a dubious cult, all amidst rising tensions from an amphibious underclass.
