Crossing Over at Remagen

Garret Jansen, a young and introspective infantryman, finds himself as a replacement in the European Theater of Operations during the winter of 1945, assigned to the 311th Infantry Regiment of the 78th Infantry Division. Hailing from South Dakota, Jansen's simple background and limited education contrast sharply with the monumental challenges he will face, as he is unknowingly on the brink of a pivotal battle in the later stages of World War II.
