Pauline Sokol, a former RN now working as a medical insurance fraud investigator, finds herself navigating a weight loss clinic scandal in the picturesque New Mexico desert. As she goes undercover, she faces a series of challenges, including strict dietary restrictions, a heavy body suit, and an unexpected romantic twist with her attractive roommate. Just when she thinks she’s closing in on the case, the sudden death of an undercover reporter ally turns the investigation upside down, forcing Pauline to dig deeper and rely on her nursing background while managing the complexities of her co-worker Jagger’s antics.
