Tomas Piety, a former gang lord turned respected businessman and Governor of Ellinburg, leads a double life as one of the Queen's Men, working covertly to safeguard his nation. Following the queen's unexpected death, he is drawn back to the capital, where political tensions rise as his superior, Dieter Vogel, tightens control.
