Sunrise Alley

When research scientist Samantha Bryton discovers a shipwrecked stranger named Turner Pascal on the beach, she soon learns he is more than human—holding only a fragment of the consciousness of a man who died in a car accident. Turner is a product of the malicious criminal Charon, who is engaged in illegal robotics and intent on creating an army of android slaves. As they flee from Charon, Samantha and Turner turn to Sunrise Alley, a rogue organization of AIs and androids, but they must navigate the dangers of joining forces with these outlaws, who may have their own agenda.
