Anvil of Stars

In "The Forge of God," Earth faces annihilation at the hands of self-replicating robots known as Von Neumann machines, which aim to consume the planet's resources and proliferate across the galaxy. As only a handful of humans survive with the aid of a mysterious alien species called "The Benefactors," they embark on a vengeful quest aboard a starship to track down the criminal race responsible for their home world's destruction. Driven by revenge, this small group of survivors seeks to confront those behind a galactic catastrophe that extends beyond Earth.
