Deputy Billy Lafitte, known for bending the law more than upholding it, finds himself reassigned to remote Minnesota after being dismissed from the Gulfport police. There, he becomes entangled in a local drama when Drew, a bassist from a psychobilly band, seeks his help regarding her boyfriend's dangerous drug dealings and threats from men connected to them. As Billy dives deeper into the investigation, he unexpectedly plunges into a harrowing chase involving terrorists and a severed head, leading to a wild ride through the snowy landscape.
