The Other Guy's Bride

In her quest to uncover the lost city of Zerzura, determined archeologist Genisse Braxton boldly disguises herself as Mildred Whimpelhall, a woman traveling to meet her fiancé, in order to secure safe passage across the treacherous desert. Accompanying her is Jim Owen, a cynical adventurer seeking to escape his tumultuous past, who quickly discovers that "Mildred" is not who she seems. As they navigate the perils of the lawless terrain, they must confront not only external dangers but also the unexpected feelings that develop between them, complicating their mission and destinies.
