A Scot in the Dark

In "Lonesome Lily," Miss Lillian Hargrove longs for love and succumbs to an artist's charms, only to be left in disgrace when a scandalous portrait of her surfaces. Desperate to salvage her reputation, she turns to the reluctant Duke of Warnick, a Scotsman who despises his inherited title and wants nothing to do with London society.
