On a secluded ranch in Utah, a group of Wiccan sisters gathers for a coven retreat, only to face a sinister threat as some of their own begin to vanish. Enter Cathleen O’Brien, known as The Witch of Appalachia, who is summoned to uncover the mystery behind the disappearances and confront Morgayne, a half-lizard demon from Celtic folklore. As Cathleen navigates a treacherous web of deceit that involves betrayal from within the coven, she must rely on her mother’s magic to combat the evil that threatens them all.
