Join three seventh graders in New Orleans' French Quarter during Mardi Gras as they navigate a thrilling adventure to reconnect with their parents while evading sinister foes. Jean Benoit, recently sent to the U.S. from Haiti, teams up with his new friend Oscar, an outcast himself, and Bella, an American Indian with a mysterious heritage.
