A Waltz with Traitors

In a tumultuous era, Czech soldier Filip Sedlák defects from the Austro-Hungarian Empire to join the Czechoslovak Legion, aiming to escape the chaos of Russia and support the Allies. Meanwhile, Nadia Linskaya, whose life has been shattered by the fall of the tsar, seeks refuge with the legion and unexpectedly finds an ally in Filip. When he proposes a sham marriage to ensure her safe passage across Siberia, neither anticipates the real love that may blossom amidst the legion's perilous journey—defending the longest railroad against Bolshevik forces and enduring harsh winters—all while fighting for the future of their homeland.
